This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Lifeguardix processes refunds for its lifeguarding, first aid, and CPR courses. By registering for any course offered by Lifeguardix, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

1. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

Lifeguardix operates with a strict no-refund policy for all course registrations. Once payment has been processed and registration is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Personal schedule conflicts

• Failure to attend or complete the course for any reason

• Changes in personal or professional obligations

• Medical or emergency situations (including injuries, illness, or hospitalization)

• Transportation issues, including weather-related travel disruptions

• Failure to meet course requirements (such as required pre-requisites, participation, or skill demonstrations)

• Dissatisfaction with course content or instruction

• Failure to pass any required assessments

2. Exception: Lifeguardix-Initiated Cancellations or Rescheduling

If Lifeguardix cancels or reschedules a course, registered participants are entitled to a refund, minus a $75 administrative processing fee. The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of cancellation notification.

Alternatively, participants may choose to transfer their enrollment to a future course date at no additional cost, subject to availability.

3. No Transfers, Credits, or Rescheduling Requests

Lifeguardix does not offer course transfers, rescheduling, or credits for missed sessions. If a participant cannot attend their scheduled course, they must re-register and pay in full for a future session.

4. Policy Acceptance

By completing a course registration with Lifeguardix, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.

Lifeguardix reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the Lifeguardix website or other official communication channels.
